UPDATED AGAIN In discussions to have parts replaced with stainless steel. Progress being made and will updated. Unfortunately spa jets can only be replaced in clear. We have been using an active oxygen water treatment system which may have contributed to issues. Although less aggressive than chlorine and levels kept within limits, it may have contributed to issues. Stainless steel would still have been the preffered choice for the environment. UPATED REVIEW 4 MONTHS ON We now have an almost £4k unusable hot tub due to the use of cheap, inferior parts. How on earth are underwater parts being used that aren't stainless steel! We have 2 parts now depositing rust into water. We also have chrome plating flaking off all the spa jets and depositing silver bits in the water. Not as concerning but still looks crap, are the rusting clips on the supply pipes. A month now of an unusable hot tub. Intial repsonses to emails of sorting the issue have now gone cold. A suggestion that chlorine levels were too high was made. We aren't using chlorine plus it's a hot tub that's designed to use chemicals if required. Not acceptable. Took a bit of a risk as not seen their hot tubs in person but all proved to great! Quality is as good, if not better than far more expensive tubs we viewed. Communication was really good throughout the process. Slight delay in delivery but as nothing had been paid by us we can't really grumble. Payment was actually made once tub on site and installed/happy. Possible slight grumble is with the delivery but nothing too major. The tub is dragged on a pallet so potentially damage may occur to ground surfaces. I had some big timbers sheets so could dragged on that so turned out fine.

I ordered Woodpeckers Elite wood burning hot tub and so far I've been very impressed. They said it would take 5-6 weeks to arrive, it came in 4. They had the best prices I could find on the internet and he didn't ask for any money up front, in fact I had already used it before he sent me the invoice. As for the tub, its works really well, I would probably avoid a wood burning one if I had to have it next to my patio doors but if you can install one at the bottom of the garden I would deffo recommend. I burned the pallet it came on and it kept the tub at 39 degrees all afternoon
